Food and Desserts Package This package includes everything in the Desserts Only Package, plus select hot food options. Food offerings may vary by day and location but typically include items such as pulled pork or chicken fajita nachos, sandwiches, veggie nachos, and hot dogs. Food availability should be confirmed in advance. Both packages are based on consumption and are subject to a minimum spend, which varies by event location (zip code), travel time, and service duration. Yes. For private events that include food, food portions must be pre-ordered and prepaid to minimize food waste. Any unused portions will be wrapped and provided to you.

No. Submitting a pre-book form is a request, not a guaranteed reservation. Dates are confirmed only after all required details are submitted and approved by Lily’s Cafe. A confirmation email will be sent if a booking is approved.

Availability changes quickly as we receive inquiries daily across multiple platforms. We recommend submitting a pre-book request as soon as possible to be considered for your preferred date.

We require: • Event address • Contact phone number • Estimated guest count • Package selection (Desserts Only or Food & Desserts) • Prepayment if a specialty number of products are ordered or food is part of the package.

Yes. If one individual or organization is covering the cost of the event, the Desserts Package can be customized using price caps (for example: $7 & under, $6 & under, or $5 & under). Additionally, if you’re interested in specialty or large-quantity product orders (50 or more of the same item or a specific dollar amount), we’re happy to work with you to customize those selections accordingly.

If guests pay individually, all transactions are applied toward the minimum. If the minimum is not met, the booking party is responsible for the remaining balance.

Service time is based on attendance: • Events with 50 guests or fewer are typically booked for 30 minutes • Events with over 65 guests are typically booked for 1 hour Additional service time may be available upon request and must be approved in advance.

No. For safety and operational reasons, we do not park on driveways or private property—no exceptions. The truck must park on a public roadway with the concession window facing the sidewalk.

The booking party is fully responsible for guest safety and pets. Children must be supervised at all times and kept in a designated area before the truck arrives and while it departs.

Yes. Tax-exempt status may apply when one qualifying organization is covering the full cost of the event and provides valid tax-exempt documentation prior to the event. Common facilities and organizations that may qualify for tax exemption include, but are not limited to: • Schools and school districts • Churches and religious organizations • Nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3)) • Government entities and municipalities • Certain senior centers or community organizations Tax exemption applies only when the qualifying entity is paying for the event directly. Yes, we do contribute to donations and fundraisers; however, we maintain a maximum annual cap for charitable contributions.
